The China International Battery Fair (CIBF) is an international conference in the battery industry organized by the China Chemical and Physical Power Industry Association. It is the largest exhibition event in the international battery industry, including exhibitions, technical exchanges, information conferences, and business negotiations. It is the first brand exhibition in the battery industry to be protected by trademark registration. CIBF obtained trademark registration approval from the State Administration for Industry and Commerce on January 28, 1999 and was renewed again in 2009 and 2019. The first CIBF was held in Tianjin in September 1992, and has been held every two years since the second one, with six consecutive editions held in Beijing.
The 17th Shenzhen International Battery Technology Exchange Conference/Exhibition (CIBF2025), hosted by the China Chemical and Physical Power Industry Association and organized by Tianjin Zhongdian New Energy Research Institute Co., Ltd., is scheduled to be held at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center from May 15-17, 2025. The exhibition area will reach 280000 square meters, and it is expected to have more than 3000 exhibitors and over 400000 visitors.
