Characteristics of anti-static foam
Anti static foam is designed with a special formula and has the following core characteristics:
Anti static performance: The surface resistance is controlled between 10 ⁶ and 10 ⁹ Ω, effectively eliminating the accumulation of static electricity and protecting sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge hazards;
Physical buffering: high elasticity and strong compression resilience, capable of absorbing shock and vibration, reducing physical damage to precision components during transportation or use;
Chemical and environmental stability: acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, stable performance in humid or electrolyte contact environments, and not easily aged or degraded;
Multi functional protection: It has the ability of thermal insulation, thermal insulation, sound insulation and moisture resistance, and the closed cell structure provides long-term sealing protection;
Safe and environmentally friendly: halogen-free formula, compliant with RoHS and other standards, no toxic gas release during combustion, and some materials have passed food grade certification.
