Low density (0.16-0.20 g/cm ³) and strong compressibility, capable of effectively absorbing cell expansion stress and vehicle vibration impact, reducing the risk of internal friction and leakage in the battery;
The closed cell structure design provides stable sealing protection and adapts to the waterproof and dustproof requirements of new energy vehicles under complex working conditions.
Thermal management and flame retardant protection
The temperature resistance range is -60 ℃~200 ℃ (some models are higher), and a ceramic protective layer is formed at high temperatures to delay the spread of fire;
Through UL94-V0 certification, the self extinguishing time is less than 10 seconds, which blocks the heat transfer between battery cells and suppresses the chain reaction of thermal runaway.
Chemical stability and environmental adaptability
Resistant to ozone, acid and alkali corrosion, and does not degrade when in long-term contact with electrolytes or cold plate heat transfer media;
The halogen-free formula burns without toxic gases, complies with RoHS environmental standards, and is suitable for green requirements in the field of new energy.
