Characteristics of conductive silicon film
Conductive silicone film is a composite material made of silicone rubber as the substrate and added with conductive fillers such as carbon black, silver powder, nickel powder, or graphene. It has the following core characteristics:
Excellent conductivity: The resistivity range is usually between 10 ^ {-1} and 10 Ω· cm, with a minimum of 0.0042 Ω· cm, which can be customized to meet electromagnetic shielding requirements.
Wide temperature resistance: The working temperature range is from -50 ° C to 200 ° C, and special models can be extended to -100 ° C. The compression permanent deformation rate at high temperatures can be as low as 20%.
Good mechanical properties: hardness between 20~80 Shore A, tensile strength between 0.5~10 MPa, elongation at break of 100~800%, able to withstand mechanical stress.
Chemical and environmental resistance: Has good resistance to acids and bases, but should avoid direct contact with strong acids and bases; At the same time, it has anti-aging and UV resistance.
Pressure sensitive conductivity: Compression force is required to conduct current, and the compression amount varies depending on the shape (such as 7-15% for sheet metal and 20-60% for tubular metal).
